What is Medical Massage Therapy?

Medical Massage’s goal is to get you out of pain, assisting injury recovery alone, or together with Physical Therapy. It's used to recover from muscle-based pains or injuries. Medical massage is useful in cases where a person experiences muscular pain which comes from soft tissue injuries and dysfunction of your muscles.

Medical massage can be one treatment or a treatment plan which is a series of sessions focused on getting you to your recovery goals. Not every injury requires the same amount of sessions to get better, some heal faster than others.  Medical massage treatments can have a significant impact on chronic pain, post-rehab pre-rehab, and subacute injuries.
